Acupuncture uses ultra-fine, sterile needles to gently stimulate specific points on the body. This helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, release muscular tension, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Sessions are tailored to your constitution and may include relaxation time to help your mind and body reset.

Cupping

Glass cupping uses traditional fire cups to create gentle suction on the skin. This suction increases circulation, reduces muscle tightness, and supports detoxification. It’s particularly helpful for back, shoulder, and neck tension, as well as supporting recovery from stress and fatigue. Light marks are normal and fade within a few days.

Cupping

A growing trend, we have all seen the Gua Sha tool used for facial massage , but did you know that this small and mighty tool can be incredibly effective for chronic stiffness, headaches, upper back pain and neck issues?  Gua Sha involves smooth, precise scraping techniques using a rounded tool to release tight fascia and improve blood flow. Most clients describe it as satisfying and relieving. Mild redness is normal and usually subsides quickly.

Moxa

Moxa is a gentle heat therapy using dried mugwort to warm acupuncture points and improve circulation. It calms the nervous system, supports digestion, boosts immunity, and eases pain from cold-type conditions. It feels like a deep, soothing warmth and is often added to treatments in winter or when extra nourishment is needed.

Moxibustion

Tui Na is a hands-on therapeutic massage used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It combines techniques such as rolling, pressing, stretching, and acupoint stimulation to address musculoskeletal pain, tension, and restricted movement. It is firm but comfortable and works beautifully alongside acupuncture.
