How many sessions will I need?

Each person is different. Some clients feel improvements immediately or with a few sessions, while others may need a series of weekly/fortnightly sessions. Your treatment plan will be discussed during your first appointment.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. Depending on the area being treated, you may be asked to expose your arms, legs, abdomen, or back. We will always have towels on hand as well
